Methods to calculate the lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions and other environmental Iifecycle impacts are well established in leading universities and research organizations. Extending knowledge of these methods to analysts and scholars in developing countries will assist these countries in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and other environmental impacts, and can also provide a basis for economic growth through information technology.
