What is it about?
We have developed tensor based analysis for omics data set and successfully applied it to various bioinformatics topics. But it cannot be widely accepted possibly because of unpopularity of tensor algebra. To address this problem, we compile two Binconductor packages.

Why is it important?
We have developed two bioconductor packages, TDbasedUFE and TDbasedUFEadv, which allow users to perform the analysis without detailed knowledge about tensor. It is freely available from Bioconductor platform.

Now it is easy for anyone to use my method. I am happy if many people try to use this method for their own problem. I am also happy to answer the questions.
