Why is it important?

Our evaluation of willingness to accept the COVID-19 vaccine among adults has revealed a significant level of willingness that requires improvement. The major predictors of acceptance include knowledge, attitude, chronic illness, adherence to mitigation measures, and being a government employee. To enhance acceptance of the vaccine, we recommend promoting community awareness, advocacy, social mobilization, and health education at various levels.
