What is it about?
All job descriptions in today's job market include "ability to use a computer." As there is a link between computer use and musculoskeletal disorders, it is critical to learn how to use computers safely. In this study, we used ergonomics education to promote the awareness of risk factors associated with work-related musculoskeletal disorders among office workers.

Why is it important?
The ergonomics education protocol we used can easily fit in today's busy corporate schedule. Further, the intervention is supported by evidence. As increased risk factor awareness resulted in positive work-related behavioral changes, ergonomics education may have positive implications for productivity, absenteeism, employee well-being, etc.
