What is it about?
Sign language is a mode of communication among deaf and dump people. Sign Language Recognition enables an effective means of communication between normal and impaired people by recognising hand gestures and facial expressions.

Why is it important?
Sign Language recognition has been an open research problem since decades because the sign gestures are not an universal one. So in this article, we concentrated on different sign languages instead of pertaining with one sign language.
