What is it about?
It is about the project evaluation criteria by considering not only the Six Sigma approach, but also EFQM model features, and introduce an evaluation model for completed Six Sigma projects. The proposed model uses seven main criteria: leadership, poli-cies/strategies, main performance results, social results, employees, cooperation, and resources.

Why is it important?
Criteria and sub-criteria are extended by considering not only DMAIC steps, but also EFQM model com-ponents. Therefore, a project that contributes to company’s strategic goals, society, and environment is a good model for other projects and can provide valuable training for project team members. Addi-tionally, accurate evaluation and ranking of projects can reflect team performance in the form of salary increases or other rewards. Thus, it is important to evaluate completed projects using true criteria.
