What is it about?

Creativity has an important role to improve all aspects of performance in the sub-sector, including the design, production lines, marketing, and distribution. Creativity is everything in fashion industries. All of employees must have creativity to do their work. To increase their creativity in fashion sub-sector needs more strategies. We have shown how owners' fashion sub-sector strategies to foster and increase employees creativity.

Why is it important?

Our findings show that the employees' creativity of fashion sub-sector can be improve competency needed in their field continually. Thus, owners of fashion sub-sector can understand several strategies flexible to increase and develop it.

Perspectives

This paper explored the creativity variables of employees in the fashion sub-sector contributing to their competencies in the workplace. Furthermore, the academic and industrial authors' involvement provides the same understanding of these findings.
