Why is it important?
Cis-gem has been shown similar efficacy to MVAC with better tolerability profile in metastatic MB patients. Despite the regimen has been used for a decade in Finland, thorough evaluation has been lacking. Our objective was to evaluate tolerability of cis-gem NAC treatment and identify potential risk factors for poor tolerance.
