Structural Equation Model Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis was used to evaluate the model's effectiveness. Results show that health services, patient factors, family factors, and empowerment significantly influence HRQL among HIV/AIDS patients. The developed model demonstrates the importance of family support and empowerment in improving HRQL for individuals living with HIV/AIDS.
