What is it about?
Sometimes, residents drop out of their post-graduate training programs in neurosurgery. This study examines this trend and tries to understand why it happens in hopes of understanding how to limit this phenomena. Keeping healthy workforce of neurosurgeons is essential so that patients that need the expertise of a neurosurgeon can have access. Dropouts have a big impact on workforce, especially because the duration of training is so long (7 years)
