What is it about?
Intracranial GCTs are relatively common brain tumors in Asian children. The late adverse events due to treatment will be evaluated from the follow-up of about 10 years.

Why is it important?
Radiation therapy for intracranial GCTS causes late adverse events such as abnormal hormone production and visual / hearing impairment, and in some cases leads to psychiatric disorders. Even if the radiation dose is low, microbleeds occurs frequently. Some of these could only be evaluated after 10 years or more of follow-up.
