What is it about?
The Purdue Pegboard is a standardized test to measure manual dexterity. We used this test with 134 older adults with poor vision in order to present the reader with values that indicate what would be a "normal" score when you work with this population.

Why is it important?
Many standardized test and their norms were developed with and for young healthy individuals. In order to compensate for normal and abnormal changes in aging, we also need to adjust these norms accordingly.
