What is it about?
The ultimate objective of this research is to evaluate the biological activities of zinc oxide nanoparticles, in terms of antioxidant and antibacterial activity, compared with phytochemical leaf extracts from Pistacia lentiscus L., a speciesre presenting a major source of bioactive molecules with diverse biological activities.

Why is it important?
our results are very encouraging. E.coli and P. aeruginosa strains that were resistant to the extract stested became considerably more sensitive to NPsZnO. However, their antioxidant activity was very modest.
