What is it about?
In this clinical case report, we discuss two patients who were enlisted mortarmen and presented to our clinic with reports of knee pain. Both patients had unique knee x-rays and examination findings that we highlighted in the report. The bony changes and symptoms were likely a result from dropping onto their knees while setting up a mortar tube. Both patients improved with treatment in physical therapy and with the use of knee pads.
