"Why Indonesian Students Choose Nursing: Insights for Retention" We studied why Indonesian students choose nursing. We found five main reasons: helping family and others, inspiration from nurses, improving nursing's image, family influence, and opportunities abroad. Understanding these can help keep more students in the nursing profession.
