What is it about?
CFJ airfoil has a micro-compressor inside the wing. Previously, boundary conditions were used in place of a compressor, but now we show for the first time how the airfoil operates with the physical compressor. The simulation is at Mach 0.3 and the compressor at 33,000 RPM. We examine the interaction between the airfoil and the compressor.
