What is it about?
In a mission where all batteries on all spacecraft are now dead, and facing additional operational constraints with reduction of spacecraft controller team and shut down of the only Australia based ground station, the Cluster team re-invents eclipse strategies and saves costs in the process

Why is it important?
By simplifying and reducing tracking needs during already highly constraint eclipse seasons the Cluster team has succeeded in improving the data return for the mission by making better use of saved tracking time and at the same time doing operations with less resources.
