What is it about?
In this paper, the rectangular exhaust nozzle test case from the 5th AIAA Propulsion Aerodynamics Workshop was studied for SetPoint 42. The conjugate-heat-transfer (CHT) and radiation models within the general-purpose CFD code, Ansys Fluent, have been used to assess the aerothermal interaction of the heated jet exhaust with a film-cooled plate downstream of a convergent nozzle exit.
