What is it about?
Synthetic jet actuators are widely investigated for airfoil separation control, but their weight, noise, and difficulty in maintenance limit the real life application. We design a novel synthetic jet array with light, quiet, and commercially available synthetic jet actuators, and show that the array achieves comparable control results to other synthetic jet actuators.
