What is it about?
Polynomial chaos can rigorously quantify uncertainty at a design point, but cannot interpolate across design space. Interpolation methods can predict trends across design space, but cannot rigorously quantify uncertainty. We propose an extension to polynomial chaos which combines the useful features of the aforementioned classes of methods. The result is a method which makes predictions of uncertainty across design space.
