What is it about?
The loadings and sound pressure levels of an isolated multi-copter rotor are measured at various flight conditions, and fitted polynomials are built for the normalized parameters. Through these fitted polynomials, the rotor performance for the trimmed lift condition is calculated. Such a methodology of analysis can be used for UAV desgn, aerodynamic optimization, and flight control.
