What is it about?
Fitts' law is widely used in computer-human interaction field to establish a figure-of-merit of the effectiveness of such an interaction. In this technical note a probabilistic interpretation of this law is suggested and the probability of a spacecraft collision with an object is evaluated as a possible example of the use of the probabilistic Fitts' law.
