What is it about?
Through a special control system, an aircraft's control and flying behavior can be made to resemble another aircraft. This creates a compelling simulation platform, which is often used in training flight test pilots to recognize and handle different aircraft handling properties. We show how such a system can be implemented on a small business aircraft with a modern control system design method, Incremental Non-linear Dynamic Inversion.
