What is it about?
Recent advances in and the proliferation of satellite maneuverability risk straining space surveillance networks that must already track an enormous population of non-maneuvering orbiting objects. This study offers an autonomous and highly responsive method for tracking maneuvering satellites while simultaneously maintaining viable orbit estimates of the remaining satellite catalog.
