What is it about?

The accurate prediction of maximum lift for high-lift configurations during takeoff and landing has remained a major challenge in aeronautical engineering. In this article, we performed a wall-resolved large eddy simulation of a benchmark high-lift configuration for the first time and the results agree well with experimental data.
