Advancements in the Theory and Practice of Flight Vehicle System Identification

What is it about?

System identification methods are widely used in the industry and research projects at the Institute of Flight System Dynamics of the Technical University of Munich. We demonstrate how the application of the common methods to multiple aircraft, and the novel advancements and modern implementations at the institute allow us to overcome the technical challenges we face in aircraft and rotorcraft system identification.
