What is it about?
This research article is significantly addressing issues of burning rate variation between strand burners and full scale rocket motors, under low frequency longitudinal acoustic oscillation of solid rocket motors, region of interest in rocket community. A distinct rotating valve is designed to generate the acoustic oscillation inside the strand burner. Using flame front analysis, the variation in mean burning rate were estimated and compared with steady and oscillatory conditions
