What is it about?
This article is the result of an investigation about the process of internationalization of the Colombian conflict and the commitment to convert country in a geostrategic player. The document is part of a review theoretical and proactive based on the analysis on the Fare as the actor principal in the conflictive structural dynamics, taking into account that there are other organizations and actors that influence the development of the phenomenon. In that order of ideas, the first part will be addressed reflection on the concept of internationalization, subsequently will describe the strategy in Colombian foreign policy, a brief geopolitical analysis on the conditions of the country and finally recommend some instruments and guidelines regarding safety and defense as well as external action aimed at the projection of Colombia.
