What is it about?
The procurement framework across the Alliance enhances a capability gap between conventional and advanced methods of engaging with the budget in the military organization. Our findings show that EDT prioritization policies become relevant to military affairs since working with technology increases military superiority.

Why is it important?
On the NATO 2030 Agenda: the main point remains guiding personnel to EDTs. In our view, this can be best achieved by adopting dual-use technologies in procurement strategies.
