The paper deals with a crucial social and economic problem that troubles contemporary free market economies which is an unemployment issue. Thus some social and economic aspects of unemployment are discussed and some basic worldwide management philosophies are presented connected with primary patterns of existed job markets. Then a philosophy of a network economy is described as the one that may deal efficiently with some earlier outlined problems.
