What is it about?

The article describes how Romans influenced urbanization processes in the South Caucasus region during Late Antiquity. Caucasian Iberia developed an urban elite that entailed urban structures necessary to rule cities and country. The second capital city of Iberia, Mtsketa reflected those processes.
