Gene therapy has been considered as a promising approach for cancer therapy. Here we developed arginine-glycine-aspartic (RGD)-functionalized dendrimer-entrapped gold nanoparticles (Au DENPs) for siRNA delivery to induce gene silencing of cancer cells in vitro and in vivo.
