What is it about?
Glomerulonephritis is a frequent cause of renal failure and comorbidity. Together with my collaborators I studied the pathogenesis, clinical course and treatment of different primary and secondary glomerular diseases. Kidney transplantation is the prefered treatment of end-stage renal disease. Together with my collaborators I studied the pathogenesis and course of rehjection, the pro' and con's of different types of rejection and the many possible complications
