What is it about?

Patients with end-stage kidney disease (ESKD) have a high burden of physical and mood symptoms. In this study, a large diverse sample of patients with ESKD rated the severity of their symptoms 4 times per day for 7 days. Patients’ symptom severity fluctuated throughout the day and varied from day to day. On average, patients reported their symptoms were most severe on days they receive hemodialysis.
