What is it about?

IgA nephropathy is one of the most common types of glomerulonephritis, a chronic disease that patients may progress to end-stage kidney disease over several years or decades. Therefore, accurate and dynamic prediction of kidney prognosis is particularly important during long-term follow-up. We collected a large amount of longitudinal data and used the latest deep learning models to dynamically predict the kidney prognosis of IgA nephropathy patients by combining multiple variables at biopsy and during follow-up.
