What is it about?
In this job, we discuss about the importance to recognising the cabruca system model as a silvopastoral system arrangement for livestock breeding in the Bahia Cacao Region. In this way, the regional soil using changes experienced in this region can be less destructive to the biodiversity and also generate more gains for everyone, besides the environmental protection and land multiple usage providing extra remunaration beyond the native trees shading cacao and cattle payments.

Why is it important?
This study gave us scientific supplies to endorse the cabruca system agroforestry model to be a possible arrangement to consolidate the silvopastoral systems in the Bahia Cacao Region assecing farmers to a specific credit fund lines that will improve the productive conservation, wich permits the land multiple usage and also protect the regional biodiversity.
