What is it about?
Mindfulness-to-meaning theory proposed that mindfulness practice enhances eudaimonic well-being. Considering alcohol-dependence as a result of hedonic dysregulation, a mindfulness-based intervention was administered that was found to improve the eudaimonic and general well-being of individuals with alcohol-dependence.
