What is it about?
The mini-review article focus on the protein drug targets structures from RNA viruses causing chronic diseases e.g. HIV-AIDS and HBV-Hepatitis. The review articles pictures different protein structures some with and without the anti-viral drugs and also the importance of in silico methods in drug discovery.

This mini-review consolidated the available drugs and also present one important example showing the structure of complete protein and anti-viral binding sites for better understanding. Also the review is useful for people to get an introduction about the viruses causing chronic infections in humans
Perspectives
As RNA viruses are mutating very quickly it is always better to keep in track with the recent updates and available protein targets to design novel drug target to fight against them efficiently.
