Why is it important?
Autoimmune diseases are expected to have common genetical background, while even monozygotic twins do not always share these diseaaes. This suggested that there can be some epigenetic factors to cause these diseases.
Perspectives
I have invented PCA based unsupervised FE that can be applied to various omics data analysis. I would like to confirm that this methodology can work for integrated analysis of epigenetic data set.
