What is it about?
Performance prediction is the forecast of future performance conditions based on past and present information. Forecasts can be made to companies, departments, systems, processes, and employees. This study assesses employee performance regarding employee behaviour, work, and growth potential. Organizations benefit when their employees perform well. Therefore, predicting employee performance is an important role for a growing organization. To this end, we propose three machine learning algorithms to predict employee performance.

Why is it important?
Predicting employee performance is an important role for a growing organization. To this end, we propose three machine learning algorithms to predict employee performance. These can predict employee behaviour in the workplace. Comparing the results showcases the better algorithms based on metrics such as timeliness, error loss, and accuracy. This study includes employee records, who have worked and retired from the organization. Employee keys and work-related records place employees in several predefined employment performance classes. The best-performing predictive model uses the accuracy rate to predict new instances of employee performance. The results of this survey show that performance evaluation and job performance are key factors in predicting employee performance.
Perspectives
Predicting Employee Performance using the Machine Learning algorithm helps to identify talented employees, which helps the HR people take the necessary steps to retain them for the growth of an organization and by giving training to other people who have low grades.
