What is it about?
Patient who was being treated with Hydralazine and then developed Vasculitis that was negative for the serological test. The patient was having pancytopenia and Acute Kidney Injury with fluid overload. He was having septic shock also. The Pancytopenia improved after stopping Hydralazine but despite that the patient passed away.
