What is it about?
Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) could be biosynthesized by mold fungi such as Chaetomium globosum. It may be used for the in vivo control of different phytopathogenic fungi affecting crop plants. Conclusively, AgNPs have to be formulated in a simple economic formula to be used on a wide scale in crop fields as nanofungicides and is able also to promote the growth of plants. Thus we could displace using the health hazard, non-ecofriendly and expensive synthetic fungicides.
