Why is it important?
this combination of drugs (pain-relief drugs and cholesterol lowering drug) are prescribed at the same time. countries where research facilities and job opportunities are less, companies are not in position to purchase heavy and expensive equipment to bring them at the level of market leaders, can use comparatively low-cost and older version of HPLC with programming. Results are magnified. one can not only identify the drug but also can detect at its nano level. it is a good method applicable in researches, clinical and forensic studies.
Perspectives
This combination of drugs was never studied before. in this method Green-Chemistry is considered. Low cost and less toxic chemicals have been used. Programming of pump and detector of the instrument has raised the novelty of work to the level of special detector equipment. A very little amount of drug can be analyzed.
