What is it about?
In this study, we explored how to make nursing homes safer for the elderly. We interviewed 29 staff from different nursing homes in East Java, Indonesia. We found that improving safety involves things like training new staff, making the building safer, and having security personnel. This is important because it helps provide better care for the elderly. So, making nursing homes safer is crucial for everyone's well-being.
