What is it about?
A healthy ocular surface is essential in reducing symptoms and improve quality of life. Ocular surface disease is easily missed after ocular surface surgery. We will be looking at different aspects in ocular surface in patients who had undergone trabeculectomy.

Ocular surface disease can remain a problem in the short term in patients after glaucoma surgery.
Perspectives
Longer studies are needed to determine the effects of glaucoma surgery on the ocular surface.
