Why is it important?

The origin, switching from one sub type to the other and treatment response are amazingly interesting in the area of bipolar disorders. However, the focus of most studies is on the bipolar I disorder which is the extremes extremely severest forms of the bipolar spectrum disorders. By taking this in to consideration, the current study was aimed to assess bipolar spectrum disorders and associated factors among adults patients attending ART clinics.

Perspectives

I am happy for the writing of this paper as it has a potential to show the magnitude and associated factors of bipolar spectrum disorders among ART patients. The paper tried to address the neglected and missed mental health problem in rural health facilities. Moreover, the paper can create a unique insight for clinicians working at ART clinics.
