Understanding Indonesia's Nursing Job Market: This study looks into how nursing resources are managed in Indonesia. We investigated the number of nurses being trained, entering and leaving the job market, where they work, and how the private sector is involved. We found that while there are enough new nurses, there's a shortage in healthcare providers. Nurses are also going abroad for work, which has its challenges. We suggest creating a better system to match nurses with jobs and addressing the imbalances to ensure a strong nursing workforce.
