What is it about?
Allied health clinicians are enthusiastic about understanding and using research in their practice, but often find time as a significant barrier. Busy clinicians have many competing priorities and it is difficult to meaningfully engage in research. A local clinical funding model has been found to encourage clinicians to engage in research while their clinical work is being covered.
