What is it about?

The study seeks to compare the safety and tolerability of artemisinin-based antimalarias in second and third trimester of pregnancy. In this study it was observed that elevation of liver enzymes were not clinically significant and no new safety concerns was associated with the use of the drugs in pregnancy. The drugs are therefore safe for prescription and use in pregnancy.
