Breast Cancer is fast becoming number one cancer in Indian females.The presentation in Indian females are in early age with locally advanced tumor.Triple Negative Breast carcinoma was the variant identified which has aggressive tumor biology with poor prognosis and limited treatment options and need to find out newer modalities of management.

Identifying a newer variant of Breast cancer & need to focus more on it in Indian Scenario, specially making Hormone receptors analysis mandatory to get exact proportion of this variant in Indian Females.
Perspectives
This was a unique research we did with financial constraints without any funding hence need for funding in this area is recomended.
